How do I reset my password?
From the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your account email. We'll send a reset link that expires after 1 hour. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam and confirm the address spelling, then email support@riserally.com.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
RiseRally Pro is billed via the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel from your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). Cancelling keeps Pro features active until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for in-app purchases must go through Apple or Google. Trainer-platform billing is handled through Stripe — contact your trainer or support@riserally.com for help.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or submit a request from our public account deletion page. We complete deletion within 30 days. Some records (e.g., payment history) may be retained for legal/compliance reasons; see the Privacy Policy.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@riserally.com with: a short description of what happened, what you expected, your device + OS version, the app version (Profile → Settings → About), and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one. The more detail, the faster we can reproduce it.
I have a question about a workout recommendation or my training data.
Recommendations adapt to your workout history, fitness profile, and recovery state. If something looks wrong, share the workout name, date, and what seemed off. For safety concerns about exercise selection or load, email support@riserally.com.
How do I report another user or unsafe content?
Use the in-app report option on the user's profile, the workout, or the chat thread. For urgent safety concerns, email support@riserally.com with a screenshot. See our Community Guidelines for what counts as a violation.
